How we treat your information

What we keep, and why

To sell you Hotmail mailboxes we keep the email you ordered with, the order and the lines delivered in it (address, password, token, aliases or recovery email where included), the payment result from our payment provider, your tickets, and short-lived server logs. We use them to deliver, to check warranty claims and to stop fraud, and pass them only to the payment, hosting and email services we run on. We never see your card or wallet, and we never ask for your own Microsoft account.

How long it stays

Delivered lines stay until the order can no longer be claimed, accounting records for as long as the law asks, logs for a short time. Cookies keep you signed in, hold the cart and protect checkout.

Getting it removed

Write through the Contact page from your order email for a copy, a correction or deletion of what we are not required to keep.
